SS316L material were chosen for the material of this research.
SS316L filler wire and S235 substrate are the materials designated for the creation of the numerical model in MSC Marc/Mentat.
While fundamental material characteristics like latent heat, solidus, and liquidus temperatures are acquired from material modelling software, process parameter models matched the real parameters.

Therefore, the design principle of SISDG is to improve the strength of CSM and to resist shrinkage cracks or temperature shrinkage crack, coarse aggregate should form a stable framework; in order to reduce the coefficient of contraction and thin "surplus" cement paste, the fine aggregate should closely fill the void of framework formation; in order to improve the structure durability and performance, the binding materials should coat aggregate to make the loose mineral aggregate forms a whole; in order to better simulate the vibratory road roller’s compaction on the road material in construction site, using vibration method to compact specimen.
