The material used in the present investigations is main chain liquid crystalline polyurethane (LCPU) based on NCO- terminated polybutadiene and Bi-Phenol.
The activation energy of 0.95 eV is of the same order as reported for other polymeric materials.

Experimental Study on the Cutting Force and Tool Wear in the DESC Cutting Process
The cutting experiments were done on a lathe, the turning tool is indexable inserts with the cutting edge angle 75°, type 41605A, sign YW1(M10), rake angle γ=14° and clearance angle α=6°; the material of workpiece is GCr15 with hardness of HRC60-62 after heat treatment.

Using the K-S Data Test and R-factor weight number Calculation Method to calculate the weight numbers of each factor in different events, and proof them to be effective, which can be the basic materials of this study.
4.2 The weight numbers of factors in three sub antagonistic event-groups have both difference and same, which embody the imbalance of the competitive ability’s development.
