Using slag powder materials as active admixtures to replace part of cement in Concrete, not only can save resources and energy, but also can solve the local slag preservation and reduce the environmental burden.
Experiment materials and methods Experiment materials 1) Cement: P·O42.5Mengxi Cement; 2) Sand: Baotou gold minerals, middle sand, fineness modulus is 2.8; clay content is 2.8%; 3) Gravel: broken stone is 5-25; other indicators meet the standard requirements; 4) Slag powder: Baotou Hongwei foundry production.

Therefore, replacing the sand with alternate materials with better thermal conductivity, like steel balls improves the Heat transfer rate and reduces the solidification time of casting.
The medium steel shots mould material poses optimum permeability and packing, thereby the metallurgical and mechanical properties are found to be better than the finer and coarser steel shots mould materials. 4.

It is widely practiced as a pre – treatment source of surface water during its passage through riverbank material to a production well, where the removal of biological and colloids occurs via attachment to riverbank material [1].
While, in this research paper, TLERI technique was applied during pumping test as a new application to study the effect of RBF on ground water hence to monitor and study water movement and interaction between underground and river water using the results. 3.0 Materials and Method 3.1 Site Description Kuala Kangsar has an area of about 204.94 km2, and which comprises of hilly, mountainous terrain and two rivers flow through its basin, Perak River and Kangsar River.
Changes in resistivity value are results of changes in moisture content of subsurface materials.
