Abstract: Articles with engineering examples discussed in the frame - shear wall structure of how to lay out the structure can effectively enhance the seismic performance of validated reasonable set of structural shear wall seismic played a key role, and for the frame - shear wall structure summed up the points to improve the seismic performance measures and design methods.
When shear is not all through its upper and lower stiffness weakening of not more than 30% , strengthening the structural measures should require conversion layer slab stiffness mutation floor plate . 1.2 determine the reasonable amount of shear Reasonable amount of shear displacement by licensing decision by the general rise building decoration materials specification framework - with high shear displacement ratio vertex structure u / H should not be greater than the higher of 1/ 700 improvements required u / H should not exceed 1 /850 , under the premise of change to meet this requirement shear number Structural vibration period can also check the number of shear wall layout , structural vibration period of the reasonable range of roughly T1 = (0.09 ~ 0.12) NS Where NS - Number of floors However, this method is not applicable in a certain range , because from the seismic analysis of shear wall structure stiffness itself is small, a small earthquake , displacement limit easier
Shear too, although there is a strong seismic capacity, but because of the stiffness is too large, the cycle is too short, the earthquake to increase, not only the upper structure of the material increases, but the basic design is difficult At present, China is no mature experience in this area, the design according to the specific circumstances of the project, building height, area and fortification intensity values refer to the above method.

Next, we will analyze the repair process, we know that if the material is in short, the maintenance will be delayed, and the entire work flow will be slowed down, it is the weak link in the course of their work.

Experiment
Starting materials were Bi2O3 (99.5%), TiO2 (99.5%), NaCl (99%) and KCl (99%) with analytical purity.
Raw materials mentioned above were mixed by ball-milling with zirconia balls as the grinding media in ethanol for 12h, and dried at 80˚C.
In order to prepare large BIT particles, excessive Bi2O3 were introduced into raw materials of BIT3 composition.
