Priority Areas of China’s New Countryside Construction
The three constraints on capacity development in the rural area: (i) declining land and water resources; (ii) lack of access to rural finance, infrastructure, technology, markets, and nonfarm income opportunities; and (iii) threat of climate change and volatility of food prices.

In the Shanghai Disaster Tolerant Center’s construction there are many difficulties, involving the project professional is very large, the system of the equipment is very complex, tight time schedule, the cost control of the material and artificial are very difficult.
Application of BIM technology in the Shanghai Disaster Tolerant Center’s construction 3.1 The establishment of BIM Built a real model for Shanghai Disaster Tolerant Center building structure, mechanical and electrical, fire, water, heating, electricity and other professional through the BIM technology, it can feel the complete building’s effect through a virtual roaming, viewing whether the space meet the requirements, equipment layout is reasonable.
At the end of construction, it can adjust the BIM according to the design modification and actual completion, so that the model can reflect the real project. 3.2 Construction simulations and schedule control By 4D simulation of the BIM, simulate the construction area, flow line, material stacking location, equipment lifting path and avoid area to each stage and professional of the construction, optimize the construction process, achieve high quality advance simulation and schedule control to the working surface of cross construction. 3.3 Safety control With the visualized environment of the BIM to establish dynamic simulation of various construction operations and process, rehearsal, adjustment and selection to the safety measures and construction scheme, so that to obtain the security, economic, reasonable construction plan, effectively ensure the construction safety. 3.4 Engineering quantity statistics in dynamic With the help of Engineering Information in BIM, computer can automatically

It is demonstrated that the abundance degree of water resource system itself had a strong relevancy with water resource bearing capacity in Kashgar, the relationship between ecological environment and water resource environmental in arid area are very close, the circumstance of ecological environment had a direct impact on water resource bearing capacity. 2) In the water resource system, the availability and natural replenishment of water resource are key factors to water resource bearing capacity.
In the society, economy and ecological systems, the natural population growth and domestic water quota, the industrial and agricultural water consumption, Industrial waste water treatment success rate and biodiversity index are key impacting factors to the pressure of water resource . 3) The order of layer C demonstrated that the degree of water resource bearing capacity in Kashgar had a strongest relevancy with water resource and ecological system, the natural replenishment of water resource, the abundance degree water resource, the treatment toward the harm on water resource’s health from industrial water consumption, the land’s biodiversity are important factors for the water resource bearing capacity.

We propose a comparative analysis of the records and evaluation of their usability possibilities, combined with the below listed situations:
