At the same time, the United States began large-scale carbon cycle science program.
Based on Xu Guoquan's research, the national per capita carbon emissions is respectively 0.667, 0.678, 0.74, 0.86, 0.98t during 2000 ~2004 [10], which is lower than those of Zhengzhou() .The reason is that Zhengzhou is the economic center of Henan province, where industrial development is very rapid and has obvious advantages in the textile, machinery, building materials, refractory materials, energy and raw material.

Materials and Methods
The conductive patterns were printed on different textile materials with different dispersions blended with metal-based particles.
Polymer materials: Commercially available binder dispersions, obtained from CHT R.
Filler materials: Two metallized micro-particles were obtained from Eckart GmbH.
Each dispersion was printed 10 times on both textile base materials.

In section 2, the device structure and working mechanism of a 6μm×1μm In1-xGaxAsyP1-y/InP materials UTC double hetero-junction phototransistor (DHPT) are described first, and the positive influences of UTC structure on UTC-DHPT of high-frequency characteristics performance under different biased conditions (electrical bias, two-terminal working mode and three-terminal working mode) are analyzed through illustrated several kinds of paramistic capacitors in BE junction and BC junction under those different biased conditions.
