The material must be annealed to eliminate the internal stress of the material.
Polished with sandpaper, and corroded by 4% nitric acid + alcohol for a certain period of time, the materials in the four states were observed under the secondary electron mode of tungsten filament scanning electron microscope at different magnifications.
For materials with poor plasticity, the occurrence of flanging defects could easily cause cracks in the mouth, leading to scrapped parts.

When the box parts drawing, the materials of the radius region flow to the straight edge portion, the straight edge portion tangential shrinkage in the flange area( εθ < 0 ), so that the strain strength of straight edge portion increases , and the degree of hardening of the material increases[4].
The closer to the straight edge central, the less materials of rounded area flow, therefore, the smaller hardening degree of the material.
