B2O3- or P2O5-doped Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (LMAS) glass-ceramics were prepared by solid state method using Li2CO3, MgO, Al2O3 and SiO2 as the raw materials, B2O3 or P2O5 as the additives.
Experimental The raw materials are reagent-grade SiO2, Al2O3, Li2CO3, MgO, H3BO3 and NH4H2PO4.
The desired amounts of the raw materials were melted in an electric furnace at 1500 oC for 2 h until a bubble-free liquid was formed, and then a glass frit was obtained by quenching in cold water.

The weld joint was welded by manual electric arc welding for both sides welding, and the welding material is J506.
In a strong plastic deformation, high-deformation energy was introduced in the internal, which made materials such as vacancy and dislocation defects increased and lattice distorted[5].
