Abstract: The dressing methods of monolayer diamond tool have recently been developed increasingly because a substantial improvement of the ground surface roughness could be achieved with the dressed monolayer diamond tools.
Introduction Monolayer brazed diamond grinding wheels are becoming widely used for machining of difficult-to-cut hard and brittle materials such as optical glasses, ceramics, cemented carbides or single-crystal materials [1].

Introduction The polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PC) with excellent features of high water reducing rate and higher slump retention ability has been widely used in the engineering, especially in the large flow state, high-strength concrete, To improve the performance of concrete, polycarboxylate superplasticizer plays an important role[1-5].However, the mechanism of PC is still not very clear.

A wide variety of films have been made using the Mepiiid variant of
cathode arc deposition [3], for example: diamond-like carbon (DLC), including multilayer
structures, with up to 85% sp3 fraction by virtue of the optimized ion deposition energy; metals,
alloys and metal-oxide ceramics; including films with high adhesion to the surface via an
atomically-mixed transition zone; and more.
By adding the important feature of ion energy control, simple thin film deposition then becomes an approach called metal plasma immersion ion implantation and deposition (Mepiiid), and the films can be atomically engineered in a number of important ways.
Scale-up to very large size, for high throughput and/or large surface area application, can be done, as the physical and engineering upper limits to vacuum arc technology appear to be great.
