Introduction
It is well known that, BaTiO3-ceramics are one of the most important electronics materials, used in different applications: sensors, capacitors, multilayer ceramic capacitors, PTC and NTC resistors.
This ceramics materials have been prepared by conventional solid state procedure and sintered from 1300ºC to 1400ºC for four hours.

The semi-conducting characteristics related to molecular materials might be specified from covalent bonding between the atoms of the carbon.
Also, the CuPc has main contribution in absorptions with the majorly null contributions regarding acceptor materials.

Fe-based nanocrystalline materials exhibit, in a comparison with their crystalline form, some unique properties [1].
Recently we have reported structural and magnetic properties of (Fe80Nb6B14)1-xTbx bulk nanoctrystalline alloys that reveal hard magnetic properties and can be considered as highly coercive materials [5].
Apart from bulk materials, some applications require magnetic materials in a form of powder (or nanopowder).
This work was supported by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education under grant NN507 317336.

workpiece is 60×30×10mm block and the materials are Si3N4 ceramics and Al2O3 ceramics.
The workpiece materials are Si3N4 and Al2O3.
The mechanism of micro-detonation arc generation and material removal of different materials are studied.
High temperature makes materials melting (for Al2O3) or decomposing (for Si3N4) and the intensive impact effect throws materials out from pits.
