We select optical material which has high refractive index, this may reduce the thickness of the lens, at the same time simultaneously the radius increases, thus obtains the larger field of view.
Doublet objective is composed with the convex and negative lens, the convex one’s material is LAK11 and K9, the concave one’s material is ZF1.

Results are presented for velocity distribution and temperature evolution in both materials and tools.
Moreover, the accuracy of the results does not only depended on the geometric definition of the tooling and material data but also the governing boundary conditions between the material and tooling.
In order to enable full advantage to be taken of the use of fe programs available to simulate manufacturing processes, not only are detailed mechanical and microstructure constitutive descriptions of materials required but thermal properties of workpiece/tool interfaces and the tools must be available and assigned properly into the these fem codes.

Introduction
Efficient processing of ceramic materials has been the research focus at home and abroad in recent years, mainly due to the perfect characteristics of ceramic materials, especially nano-ceramic materials, which is essential to the high-tech fields [1-3].

Abstract.
Refractory metal systems including Pd-based metals have been extensively investigated as the ohmic contact materials [3,4].
The emitter ohmic contact materials of Pd(500 )/Ge(1200 )/Ti(300 )/Pt(300 ) and Pd(700 )/Si(1000 )/Ti(300 )/Pt(300 ) were deposited sequentially on n-InGaAs by the electron beam evaporation.
The interface of the ohmic contact materials/n-InGaAs was observed by the cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (XTEM). 3.

In the model the coherent conditions with experiment were applied including electrostatic constants of applied materials.
Materials and methods Theory of the charge intensity In [4-5] was stated that the general description of the distribution of electric field generated between two complicatedly shaped electrodes in the process of electrospinning is practically impossible, because the geometry affects the magnitude of the electrostatic field.
