Introduction Furfural is a kind of important organic chemical raw materials and chemical solvents, widely used in petroleum refining , petrochemical , pharmaceutical and synthetic rubber industries[1], moreover, So far only by plant fiber source and exhaustion of fossil energy, the demand of furfural will steadily grow[2].
At present, with corncob as raw material for producing furfural has been more mature.
Experimental Material.
Meanwhile, since the ionization rate of hydrogen ion of acetic acid is lower and the system is in the weak equilibrium condition, it will reduce the raw materials carbonization phenomenon and improve furfural yield.

Introduction The microwave resonator is also named microwave drying apparatus, and it is an interaction effect space of microwave electromagnetic field and materials, and it is also a working area where materials absorb microwave energy for the moisture instrument [1].
These types of resonators have different characteristics and working areas, when chosen different types of the resonators, the heated materials and working conditions should be considered.
When the microwave resonator is designed, the sizes of heated materials must be firstly considered, and then it is considered how to make the electric field distribute symmetrically in the resonator and how to improve the heating efficiency.
Usually, the heating efficiency decides the maximum size of the box, and the minimum size is decided by the volume of heated materials and distribution characteristic of electric field.
With more modes in the cavity, the distributions of the electromagnetic field are more symmetrical, so the energies from the materials heated by the microwave are also more symmetrical.

Investigation on Dynamics of Ultrasonic Surface Rolling Process Zhao Xiaohui1,a, Liu Yu2,b 1 Key Laboratory of Automobile Materials, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun 130025, China 2 School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun 130025, China aemail: zhaoxiaohui@jlu.edu.cn, bemail: liuyuu@jlu.edu.cn Keywords: Ultrasonic Surface Rolling Process, Dynamics, Simulation Abstract.
Testing Materials and Method 2.1 Testing System A set of power monitoring system of ultrasonic surface rolling was established in this paper to obtain the information such as the actual bearing impact of material surface during processing.
When the vibration of processing tip acts on the material surface, the material perceives the impact and passes to the piezoelectric sensor.

The formation microstructure of cementitious materials in the its hydrated process is the gene of current concrete[2], whose distribution and composition affect directly its macro-properties.
Materials and Mix Proportions Materials.
Meanwhile the pore structure of cement pastes is improved, then the formation microstructure becomes compacter, which are the advantage to the strength development of cementitious materials.

Therefore, composite materials with high strength and low density are always adopted to make the modern flywheel [2].
The performance of the common materials that flywheel adopts is shown as Table 1: TABLE .I.
The parameters of the materials Material σ ρ σ/ρ aluminum 0.6 2.8 0.21 steel 2.8 8.0 0.35 glass fiber 3.4 2.5 1.36 carbon fiber 3.5 1.8 1.94 Shown as Figure2, the shapes of composite flywheel rotor mainly are multi-layer hollow cylindrical, solid disc, edge type, constant stress disc and variable inertia belt flywheel, etc.
Conclusions Flywheel energy storage technology is a new interdisciplinary science which is the collection of mechanical science and technology, electrical science and technology, information science and technology as well as control science and the technology.
