When these techniques are used, grafting materials should optimally be osteoinductive and osteoconductive, easy obtainable, safe, malleable, biocompatible, space maintaining and stable after positioning.
In the past few decades the establishment off well regulated tissue banks has enabled dental surgeons to avoid trauma of autograft retrieval by using allograft bone materials to fill a variety of jaw bone defects [3].
Whether for native bone regeneration or grafting with autogenous bone, allogenic materials, bone substitutes or composites grafts, PRP accelerates and enhances the formation of new bone [2, 4, 5].
Even if, nowadays, allografts are available on the market, resorption is reported to take place; this occurs for particulate grafting materials, irrespective of its source due to micromotions at the contact between grafting material and reception site [10].
Conclusion: This study presents a comparison between two clinical cases where different grafting materials were used.

The weld joint was welded by manual electric arc welding for both sides welding, and the welding material is J506.
In a strong plastic deformation, high-deformation energy was introduced in the internal, which made materials such as vacancy and dislocation defects increased and lattice distorted[5].
