Introduction Cubic Silicon Carbide (3C-SiC) is an attractive material for potential applications in high frequency, high temperature, high power electronic devices, micro-electro-mechanical systems, as well as employed as an ideal substrate for hetero-epitaxial growth of III–V [1,2] compound semiconductor or to contact junctions in a hetero-junction solar cell applications.[3] Due to the difficulties in growing bulk crystals, hetero-epitaxial growth of 3C-SiC on Silicon (Si) substrate has been developed because of the advantages in low-cost and large-size.

To ensure a high level of output characteristics of AMR sensors it is needed to improve the magnetic properties of the magnetoresistive material (Fig.1).
However, the magnetoresistive material parameters are determined not only by its internal characteristics, but by the composition and parameters of the film growth, particularly, average grain size [3-6].
Then a layer of conductive material (Al) with a thickness of 0.6 µm was formed.
