If we are able to its into engineering design software, it will reduce the foundation concrete amount so as to achieve the purpose of lower the project cost.

Introduction High strength and high performance concrete committee of Chinese civil engineers society put forward that High performance concrete may be defined as that the kind of concrete is fit to commercial construction and has basic requirements of both durability and sustainable development in Suzhou in May, 2000.Proportion characterization of high performance concrete is low water consumption(dosage of water and bonding material is under 0.4, or is not exceeding 0.45 at the utmost), lower cement content, and the component of the both chemistry admixture and mineral blend is indispensable besides cement, water, sand, and stone by comparison to tradition concrete[1].
Meaning of testing high performance concrete strength with rebound method Resiliometer is spread used in engineering detection one of testing instruments at present because the method has many merits of handiness, agility, nicety, and economy.The method of testing concrete strength a sort of supplement of routine inspection with Resiliometer, the method may be adopted when testing result of specimen is suspicious or specimen quantity is insufficient, and testing results is main base as disposing quality problem of concrete [5-8].
Experimental preparations The experiment was accomplished in civil library of School of Architecture Engineering of Heilongjiang Institute. the process are shown in Fig.1and Fig.2;Cement is P.O 425#, and sandstone is from Acheng district, water is ordinary tap water used in the pouring of cement concrete and curing, and specific proportion is shown in Table 1.

Introduction With the more and more attention to the works for energy conservation and emission reduction, the thermal insulation techniques for civil building envelop have been quickly developed in China.
Conclusions The structural formation and construction method of the new reinforced concrete composite wall with inner thermal insulating layer and linkages of intercrossed steel bars are introduced, which can be used as the civil building envelop for energy conservation.
