Even though lightweight foamed concrete has low mechanical properties compared to normal weight concrete, there is a potential of using this material as partition or load-bearing wall in low-rise residential construction.
While many of the design standards for concrete structures have been updated with detailed material properties and specifications under ambient conditions, there are no reliable material properties for the high-temperature properties of foamed concrete in the codes and standards [3].
A variety of test methods may be used to obtain different aspects of mechanical properties of materials at high temperatures, including the stressed test, the unstressed test, and the unstressed residual strength test [8].

Materials and methods Experimental materials Heavy calcium carbonate, 1500 mesh, Guangfu Building Materials Limited Corporation, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province.
The activation time is controlled within 10-15 min, then the materials were mixed with carrier resin, dispersants and lubricants[7].
The mixed materials containing modified filler, carrier resins, dispersants and lubricants were added into the machine from a hopper.

Introduction Requirement for advanced materials in modern industry and techniques is more and more increasing, for pure metals and single alloys cannot fit for the developing demand of society.
Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs), as a type of advanced materials, has been one of hot fields of materials research.
Those technologies as above are based on the addition of the particulate reinforcement to the matrix materials, which may be in molten or power form.
