The simulation actually provides some guidance for synthesis of metal composite materials.
Introduction Metal matrix ceramic composite material is a potential thermal structural materials for over decades, it can not only overcome the brittle fracture defects, improve the fracture toughness of ceramic materials, but also maintain high temperature, low expansion, high specific strength, high specific modulus, etc, have good resistance to abrasion and chemical resistance [1].
The simulation actually provides some guidance for synthesis of metal composite materials.

The materials of the high-pressure cylinder are 34CrNi3MoA and AISl4340, and the stress of it under high pressure conditions was analyzed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
However, the domestic cylinder, which uses foreign materials and pretreating process, can only work hundreds of hours.
There are many factors affecting the S-N curve: the ductility, the processing technology of materials and geometry information.

Secondly, based on the above criterions, piezoelectric materials (as sensors and actuators) and genetic algorithm are utilized to optimize the deployed locations of sensors and actuators.
Piezoelectric smart materials can solve the problem of active control to reduce the vibration and noise [4].
The deployed locations of piezoelectric materials will greatly influence the overall effectiveness of structure vibration suppression.
(3) Piezoelectric smart materials (as actuators/sensors) and LQG controller are used to suppress vibration under the impluse excitation and guass white noise excitation respectively.

Introduction
In recent several decades, the functionally graded materials (FGMs) are widely adopted in aviation, defense, nuclear industry.
As Rousseau’s further study shown[2]: even if the homogeneous materials crack tip fields are used, the errors in dates analysis can not be reduced effectively.
