Plexiglass is a homogeneous isotropic material, the ultimate tensile stress is greater than 30MPa.
This material can produce big deformation under the small load, which meet the needs of measuring instrument readings.

It gains the agility of experiment datas; is the slope of the linear yield surface in the p–t stress plane and is commonly referred to as the friction angle of the material; d is the cohesion of the material and is the ratio of the yield stress in triaxial tension to the yield stress in triaxial compression and, thus controls the dependence of the yield surface on the value of the intermediate principal stress.
