Abstract.
Table 1 The composition of MSW in Guangxi in2010 [%] Composition Organic matter Inorganic matter Others Kitchen waste Waste paper Bamboo Fiber Plastics Rubber Glass Ceramics Metal Dust Mass percentage 46.6 5.2 1.3 9.8 0.9 1.9 0.2 30.9 3.2 Note: Data is from the "The second Five-Year Plan of waste disposal facilities construction in Guangxi".
According to the actual situation in Liuzhou, the following parameter values were selected with reference to international research on calculations of carbon emissions, which were taken as the basis for the carbon-benefit analysis, as shown in Table 2.

It has been reported that the inhabitants living close to MSW landfills are more likely to get cancer than people from other areas, since identified cancerigenic substances(IARC, International Agency for Research on Cancer), such as benzene and ethylbenzene, can also be detected in the adjacent ambient[9].

The building engineering uses the most amount of materials according to the author [6].
This means that the building engineering produces also a lot of waste.
The model of quality control in the text [8] shows the performance of the quality management system in building engineering.
The automotive industry dominates, but there are also the mechanical engineering, the electrical engineering, logistics services, IT (information technology) and the ceramic industry.
