III-N materials have a direct bandgap spanning from 0.7 eV to 6.2 eV and their tunable optical emissions range varies from infrared to ultraviolet, making them suitable for optoelectronic devices.
III-N materials are commonly investigated in light-emitting optoelectronics [2-5].
Development conditions that did not allow high-quality non-doped GaN were not effectively controlled; The GaN materials produced were primarily n-doped, with electron concentrations ranging from 1018 to 1020cm-3.

Introduction
Multi-purpose smart materials are used in the realization of smart structures since they have self diagnostic and self controlling capacity.
Such problems are overcome by using the Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) which are microscopically inhomogeneous composite materials exhibiting smooth and continuous change of material properties along the thickness direction.
Stainless steel is high strength material but it can rust in extreme cases and aluminum doesn’t rust but it is low strength material.

One of the significant advantages of functionally graded materials (FGMs) over conventional materials is the elimination of the interface issues related to typical composite materials.
The effect of longitudinal inhomogeneity parameter on the transverse displacement of functionally graded materials beam is plotted in Figure 3.

Abstract
The use of waste materials is one of the options for sustainable construction.
Hence for sustainability, alternate materials are to be used to replace these materials.

It is probably one of the hardest and most non-corrosive materials known in industrial as well as research field.
Authors concluded that electrochemical machining is the choice of machining of these materials.
ECM is known to be used in the fields where parts with difficult-to-cut materials and complex geometry.
