The Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Study on Heat-Transfer in Cryogenic Pneumatic Mist Jet Cooling Jialong Ren1,a , Xiaoyan Guan1,b 1 Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang Jiangsu 212003, China azjrenjialong@yahoo.com.cn , bguanxiaoyankb@163.com Keywords: Cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling, heat-transfer coefficient, cooling experiment.
It can be concluded by transient test in cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling high temperature titanium surface with different water flow, that when reaching the best cooling effect, the water flow of cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling as well as the materials vaporizing and involving phase change heat-transfer under certain temperature must be equivalent, and at that time, the heat transfer coefficient of cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling will reach the maximum.
So we need to build experimental platform such as: Simulation of the materials generating cutting heat continuously in practice cutting, feeding heat to one end of the test sample, cooling the other end of the test sample with different water density in cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling, and we should minimize the impact of environmental factors as far as possible , check the changes of the temperature real-timely and transmit it to the Data Acquisition Instrument.
Similarly , when at the temperature of 150 ℃, 200 ℃, 250 ℃ on the titanium alloy test sample surface, Water5, Water6 and Water8 can all be vaporized and processed phase transformation heat-transfer, it is indicated that the best heat transfer coefficient corresponding to materials and temperature must be found for getting the best heat transfer effect.
It is indicated that when reaching the best cooling effect, the water flow of cryogenic pneumatic mist jet as well as the materials vaporizing and involving phase change heat-transfer under certain temperature must be equivalent, and at that time, the heat transfer coefficient of cryogenic pneumatic mist jet cooling will reach the maximum Acknowledgements This work was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province (No. 50845064) References [1] Ren Jialong The Study on Sub-dry Cutting GCr1.Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering[J], VOL. 15, No.1, 2002 40-42 [2] Xu Hongjun,Fu Yucan,SunFanghong.A basic study on heat affect mechanism and enhancing heat transfer in Contact Zone in efficient Grinding .Science in China(Series E),2002,32(3 ):297-307 [3] Deb S, Yao S C, analysis on Film Boling Heat Transfer of Impacting Spray [J] .Int J Heat Mass Transfer 1989, 32(11): 2099~2112 [4] MeiGuohui MengHongji WuRongyang Analysis of spray cooling heat

Introduction As the needs of highly competitive products, the increasing complexities of engineering design, and the uncertain nature of engineering world, over the last 10 years there has been an increasing trend for analysing mechanical structures using probabilistic information of loads, geometry, material properties, and boundary conditions.

Analysis of the course scheduling results of teachers The course scheduling result of teacher 28 is selected randomly as an example, as shown in the following Table 4: Time Monday Tuesday Thursday Thursday Friday 1-2 Civil engineering materials, 1-16, B404, Civil engineering1001 3-4 steel structure, 1-12, B309, Civil engineering 1001 5-6 structural mechanics, 1-12, B309, Civil engineering1001 As shown in Table 4, it can be seen that the time of the courses of teacher 28 is arranged reasonably, with intervals between two courses, which can meet the course preparation arrangements of teacher 28, so the course scheduling result meets the available and reasonable conditions. 5 Conclusions The experiment results show that the method of course scheduling presented in the paper is feasible and effective.
Satisfactory course scheduling results are achieved using the method presented in this paper, which solves the hard conflicts mentioned in the paper, and also meets some soft constraints to the largest extent. 6 Acknowledgment This Article was Supported by for Basic Scientific Research of Central Colleges, Chang’an University and the Support Plan Special Fund of Chang’an University Basic Research CHD2011JC116(2011209); Ministry of housing and Urban-Rural Construction Soft Science Fund(2011-R1-26;20ll-R3-19); Shaanxi Soft Science Fund (20llKRM20);Shaanxi Social Sciences 2012 major theoretical and practical issues research project (2012C008); Highway Maintenance under Low Carbon Economy (2171-20130186).Thanks for professor Yi-fan Tang’s kindness and help, and assistant professor Hai-yan xie (university of Arkansas Little Rock, USA)’s constructive suggestion. 7 References [1] Xia Xiao-yun, Gao Wu-Jun.The Making Class Schedule System of High School Based on Genetic Algorithms[J].
