Torque Shaft Material Selection
Torque shaft is one of the important components of the shearer cutting unit, so the material selection must be reasonable and can meet the certain fatigue strength, impact strength, and consistent with the arm shaft gear material.
The high - quality tempered steel 20CrNiMo with excellent mechanical properties is able to meet the force of the torque shaft complex stress environment, so 20CrNiMo is selected as the torque shaft materials.
In the FEA Editor,Selected Analysis Type→Static Stress with Linear Material Models→Element Type→Block→Material→Modify Material→Meah→Model Mesh Setting→Add→Nodal Moment→Perform Analysis, the result was shown in Fig.4.

Abstract: The target of the paper is to study the method of extracting polysaccharide containing selenium from Hericium erinaceus by using the method of water extracting-alcohol precipitating.
Extraction process of selenium polysaccharide in selenium-rich hedgehog fungus 1.1 Experiment materials 1.1.1 Starting materials: selenium-rich hedgehog fungus 1.1.2 Reagent: nitric acid, phenol, sodium hydroxide, 95% of ethyl alcohol,absolute ethyl alcohol, diethyl ether, chloroform, n-butyl alcohol alpha-phenol reagent, 5% of ninhydrin anhydrous acetone solution, 1% of CuSO4 solution, standard glucose. 1.1.3 Instruments: UV-754 type spectrophotometer, Hitachi650-10s type fluorescence spectrophotometer, thermostat water bath, freezer dryer. 1.2 Test method and design 1.2.1 Technological process: preparing the anhydrous substance of selenium-rich hedgehog fungus→smashing (12-mesh sieve) →adding water and soaking-heating-boiling (three times) →filtering→concentrating→filtering→forming alcohol precipitation→centrifuging and obtaining precipitate→removing protein (seavg method) →performing alcohol precipitation→depressurizing and drying→obtaining the finished product of selenium
