Experimental material and procedure As an experimental material secondary AlSi9Cu3 cast alloy (prepared by the recycling of aluminium scrap) was used, which was received in the form of circular bars (ø 20 x 300 mm).

Microfiber synthetic leather is a high mimetic material of natural leather.
Compared with other synthetic leather, it is a material which is most like to natural leather and its performance is the best.
For that reason, many researchers try to introduce some materials containing many active groups to synthetic leather in order to improve the hygienic and dyeing properties[3-6].
