Through Fig.5, the highest Von Mises stess occurred in blade root up to 848MPa, while the critical stress intensity of material ZL104 is only 195 MPa, it affirms hazardous point at the maximum design speed which also explained the reason why blade fracture occurred in prototype.
Stress intensity is proportional to pressure at the promise of linear material, that is : Based on the similar calculation theory , braking torque is indicated proportional to speed square, that is:.
Noted moment and speed, that is respectively 4000 N • m and 1343rpm, is determined under the promise of blade stress intensity, that is to say, when rotor speed is less than noted value under full-filled condition, the stress of blade root is within the range of material stress limit.

To establish a reflective film into the C-like tube structure, the flexible high reflectivity film material, such us the Ag (96%) film or the Au (85%) film is deposited.

The material parameters are as follows: material grade is JSC590Y, the initial thickness T0 = 1.5mm, elastic modulus E = 207 Gpa, Poisson's ratio ν = 2.8, anisotropy coefficient γ = 0.907, friction coefficient μ = 0.125, strength hardening coefficient K = 1023Mpa, yield strength σb= 381.7 Mpa.
In this research, tmin took 70% of the initial material thickness, hc equals 0.1 mm.

There are three major ideas: firstly, in the process of establishing the overall city’s outline and establishing city’s image, we should use different size, material, quality elements to form the ‘large scale’ of high-rise buildings, and create colorful city life; secondly, in the process of establishing urban life, we also need to use different texture construct material to form the ‘moderate scale’ high-rise buildings Similar to traditional ,and create a good livable place to live;thirdly, taking into account the human visual distance, we can use ground, landscaping, architectural sketch and detail processing of the building itsself to form the ‘small scale’ high-rise buildings ,with the aim to meet people's physical security requirements .
The core task of planning and design of high-rise buildings, which is to be in accordance with safety, convenient, comfortable and economic principles, meet the different use requirements of people, And within the allowed limits in the environment, according to ecological laws of environmental factors themselves ,high-rise buildings will be well-organized, and then from the physical and psychological aspects ,what we can do is to create a multi-dimensional urban environment which can meet people’ requirements of material life and spiritual life .
