Carbides play an important role in nickel-base superalloys, while their effects on mechanical properties are not clearly understood yet.
Therefore, the control of carbide precipitation in the appropriate amount, size, and shape may improve the mechanical properties of alloys [5-7].

Introduction The earthquake of high library dam area has strong destructive effect, not only can directly cause damage and casualties, but also lead to secondary disasters caused by the dam collapse, which makes people's life and property in the downstream suffer catastrophic losses, therefore the double disaster the particularity has caused wide attention of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars[1].The role of the quake on the structure is very complex, which not only affected by the quake vibration of the earth surface properties and surface permanent deformation, but also the structures of their own dynamic characteristics, complicated dynamic interaction, and many other factors[2].
According to authority statistics reservoir, the earthquake had occurred in and near dam, and the focal depth is shallow, usually less than 5 km, but the intensity is usually on the high side[3][4].The hydraulic structures specified in the seismic code: the high dam structure, 100m tall and the capacity is greater than 5108 m3, should forecast the reservoir of the possibility of the earthquake, the possible seismogenic area and the highest magnitude[5], but the response calculation process for high library of this kind of complex structure of dam seismic must strive to truly reflect the vibration characteristics, structure, basic mechanical properties of dynamic, the interaction of the structure, foundation and reservoir water.

Experiments on selective laser sintering (SLS) and CIP were carried out to probe the influencing factors in the processes of forming alumina green parts.
Relative density was intricately affected by scanning speed.
As well-known, the monotonic change caused by the three factors above had the same reason as SLS parts’ relative density.

With comprehensive considerations of all kinds of important factors, taking it as an example to explore new joint repair technology strategy of water distribution network has the important practical and guiding significance [1].
The Factors Considerate When Choosing Repair Technology In the choice of water supply pipeline repair technology, the main considerations are that whether excavat pipeline , whether cut off the water and the time of cutting off water , the time of pipeline repair , the materials of pipeline repair, and so on.
