Failure Analysis and Remanufacturing of Construction Machinery Shafts by HVOF Technique

Abstract.
Materials Samples for failure analysis were taken from the local position of the shaft which was assembled at differential of ZL50C loader.
Agglomerated WC-12Co powders with submicron structure produced by Ganzhou Zhangyuan Tungsten New Materials Co., Ltd, China were used for the present study.
It can be seen from Fig. 3 (a) that the four journals were worn due to the friction with planet gears in service.

Introduction The 7xxx series aluminum alloys have been widely used as structural materials due to their attractive comprehensive properties, such as low density, high strength, ductility, toughness and resistance to fatigue [1-3].
It means that the experimental material is a sensitive material of positive temperatures of 32℃, 400℃ and 480℃.

Abstract: To study the photocatalytic of nano-crystalline TiO2 and P/TiO2, nano-TiO2 and P/TiO2 photocatalyst was synthesized by sol-gel process.
The optimum reaction conditions for preparing transparent stable TiO2 gelation are that the temperature is kept at 40°C, the pH value of solution is 2.5,and the molar ration of Ti(OBu) 4:C2H5OH:H2O:CH3COOH is 1:2.5:5:1.5.On this basis, the P/TiO2 composite materials were prepared.
Experimental Materials: Butyl titanate; anhydrous ethanol; acetic acid; nitric acid; phosphoric acid Experimental apparatus and equipment: JJ-1 Precision Force Electric Mmixer; electronic balance; Electric constant temperature water bath; D/Max-6460LV automatic X-ray diffractometer; constant temperature oven; UV759 UV - visible spectrophotometer.

Abstract.Using virtual reality technology with intuitive three-dimensional interactive simulation of the lift, the real interactive feature for Elevator Sales can not only solve the elevator in size, many instruments, hand manipulation problems, can be used to lift teaching and other education.
In nodes of ImageTexture, url, TextureCoordinate and TextureTransform, pictures can be formatted in many styles: steel wall with colored or perforated, lattice steel surface, steel operation panel and steel or aluminum material door.
If a display function of voice prompt is needed, audio materials, floor information are saved in database system, in which information corresponding to user instructions can be displayed through data analysis[5].
