The experimental setup as show in Fig.1was used to investigate liquid-side mass transfer coefficient in a cylindrical bubble column with 100 mm in inner diameter and 1800 mm in total height described in Chen et al. [4].

Previous studies, such as those by Pagano et al. on pycnogenol-loaded films for wound healing and Garg et al. on flucytosine in situ gels for ocular applications, have utilized similar polymer systems; however, our hydrogel is specifically designed to provide prolonged antimicrobial activity in wound environments through the controlled release of curcumin, addressing a distinct need in infection management [12, 13].
The sterilization of Al4-Xa4 hydrogels was conducted using three distinct methods following a mod- ified protocol reported by Chansoria et al. (2020)[14].
This method was adapted from the approach described by Gao et al [15].

In this context the aim of this work is to evaluate accumulation of metals (Hg, As, Fe, Zn, Cd, Sb, Bi, Cu, Co, Ni, Mo, Al, Mn, Pb, Cr) in adult form of O. felineus and in tissues of infected hamsters (Mesocricetus auratus) in dynamics.
The mass concentration of metals: Hg, As, Fe, Zn, Cd, Sb, Bi, Cu, Co, Ni, Mo, Al, Mn, Pb, Cr in the lyophilized samples were determined by atomic emission spectrometry microwave plasma (Agilent 4100).
