Azeredo et al. 2014 [22] reported that the CSH may not be formed in this kind of mix and the strätlingite is likely the responsible for the gain of strength.
Azeredo et al. [22] and Ozlem [20] reported in their works that strätlingite appears in moist curing and monocarboaluminate, in dry curing. 4.

At suitable points, relevant comparisons
are made with behavior of Al alloys.

Melts were Mg-treated with a FeSiMg alloy (grain size
2-10 mm, 45.7 Si, 5.5 Mg, 2.42 Ca, 0.39 Al, 2.24 rare earth, wt.%).
In this series, the inoculation treatment was the same for all castings and was carried out by adding 0.18 wt.% of a commercial inoculant (grain size 0.2-0.6 mm, 63.6 Si, 0.87 Al, 1.03 Ca, 3.25 Mn, 3.56 Zr, wt.%).
Ceq was calculated according to Castro et al. [6].
Post-inoculation was carried out by adding inoculant (grain size 0.2–0.7 mm, 70.5 Si, 3.7 Al, 1.03 Ca, wt.%) at three different levels (0.10, 0.20 or 0.30 wt.% of the casting weight).

The high temperature strength is in all cases much higher than known from usual Al-alloys.
Even the mechanically alloyed Mg2Si-Al alloys do not reach such strengths [1,3,7].
Summary and conclusions The investigated alloys are a new group of Mg2Si-enforced Al-materials that are produced by spray forming.
Because of the comparatively cheap alloying elements the Al-Mg-Si-system is an attractive group of materials.

From the graph in Fig. 4 the highest corrosion rate was found in mild steel without the addition of inhibitor which is 5.600 mm/yr the value is quite close to what has previously been reported by numerous other authors such as Michael et al. [10] and Oloruntoba et al. [11] amongst others.
The variations in electrode potential recorded upon the addition of the expired paracetamol drug to the 0.5M HCl environment only ranged from -470.588Mv--460.790mV which is much lower than the 85mV cited by Naqvi et al. [12] and Xihua et al

Nakano et al. reported a distinct distribution of BPDs in an array-like manner and proposed a model for the generation of these arrays.
Gao et al. demonstrates a connection between the curvature of the growth front of a SiC crystal and the resulting BPD defect density.
According to Nakano et al., less stress should be introduced by the shoulder region.
Sanchez et al. reduced the growth rate by increasing the ambient pressure and reported a decreased dislocation density [11].

Previous models have reported that Ls (sulphur partition coefficient, defined as mass ratio of
sulphur in the metal to sulphur in the slag) is fixed by the Al/(Al2O3) equilibrium [3], however this
affirmation has been proved wrong [8, 14-16].
When we modeled the behaviour of LF2, we used Sano's et al [20] correlations; again, we found better results with these correlations instead of Fruehan's.
