Abstract: The main function of turning linkage of automobile is to realize the ideal relations of turn
angle of the internal and external wheels when vehicles steering.
Establishing Constrained Functions Considering loading performances and material quality, the constraints are set up, including the property and boundary constraints. [4] the oversize length of rocker in steering arm has caused larger trapezoidal linkage size and the difficult structural arrangement; but excessively small value of them can cause larger stress and severe wear on the hinge place of steering arm and the horizontal rod.So 10.1 0.4M l M≤ ≤ (5) The initial position angle of turning linkage should meet with: 90 arctan( /(1.2 )) 90 M L θ − ≤ ≤ (6) In order to meet with continuous swinging scope of the initial position angle of turning linkage from θ to θ+30°, requiring 2 2 1 1 1 2 2 cos( 30 ) l M l M l l θ + − ⋅ + ≤ + (7) As known from the mechanism fundamental, transmission angle δ of four-bar linkage, to guarantee transmission performance, should not be excessively small, usually 40δ≥ .
Annealing is the technique of closely controlling the temperature when cooling a material to ensure that it is brought to an optimal state.

Abstract: Howard's Garden Cities of Tomorrow is the first professional book of modern city plan in general, but there are many misunderstandings of the book and writer today.
Although the experience in American was short and unfortunate, Howard experienced real country life and all of this provided fresh materials to the social structure integrating urban with rural proposed by his book.
