With the development of science and technology, the traditional method of processing is difficult to meet the ultra-precision machining requirements of GCr15 precision.
And the passivation membrane can polish the processing surface with no positive pressure in the buffing stage, so as to realize the precision and ultra-precision mirror grinding processing for the difficult-to-machine materials. 2 ELID precision ultra-precision mirror forming mechanism ELID precision ultra-precision mirror forming mechanism was as shown in Figure 2.
And the abrasive grains was mainly in micro-cutting manner to remove materials, so the broken area was to be smaller; In addition, the grinding wheel surface was formed with a certain thickness and elasticity, which accommodating shedding abrasives passivation film and becoming a good flexible polishing film[2].
ELID grinding is actually putting a grinding, lapping and thrown together as one precision mirror surface processing technology, which is in abrasive sliding way to remove the workpiece material.

SAP, as a new kind of functional macromolecule materials, has the ability to absorb a significant amount of liquid from the surrounding environment and to retain it within their structure without dissolving and this process is reversible.
Materials and Methods Materials and mixtures P.O.42.5 Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) obtained from Saima Cement Manufacturing Company of Ningxia conforming to GB175-2007 standard was used as received.
SAP absorbed water and released moisture as necessary, therefore, a high relative humidity (RH) could be maintained within the pore structure of the concrete, increasing hydration of cementitious materials, reducing autogenous shrinkage of concrete and improving the concrete pore structure.
