Abstract: In order to enhance the performances of laser remanufacturing part, we combined laser cladding with active screen plasma nitriding duplex treatment to repair metal part.
We can use soft materials to efficiently reduce cracks during laser cladding process, which will reduce part surface performances and restrict its application.
The surface hardness of the cladding material increased from 540 HV to 927 HV after plasma nitriding.

The samples were also utilized as electrode materials for detection of the model analyte Cu2+.
Experimental Details Materials and Synthesis.
Furthermore, the three graphene materials were used to construct electrode sensors for detecting the model analyte Cu2+ by CV.
It is likely to design selective sensors towards different charged analytes by adjusting the surface charge of graphene materials.
