Remote Fault Diagnosis System Project for Water Cutter based on GPRS Total Structure of System.
For example,when the cooling water temperature is too high, , on-site terminal will send detected fault information to the data center, and the data center will receive the contents of the fault, and then diagnosis is obtained to show that the laminated partly is blocked, the water level is low, and the thermostat is damaged, as shown in Figure 4.
After several experiments, the system can accurately diagnose the results, such as when the laminated part is blocked, the cooling water level is diagnosed as low; when cooling water pressure is too low, then the diagnosis is interruption of cooling water; as for thermostat damage, the diagnosis is that there is gas in cooling water.
Conclusions This article designs a system of remote fault diagnosis based on GPRS technology, which has advantages such as having a wide range of monitoring, data transmission is not limited by the geographical and climatic constraints, data processing and fault warning is in a timely manner .Effective operation of the system not only allows water cutter manufacturer to provide professional fault resolution to clients timely, but also optimize the product and improve the quality of the water cutter according to the fault statistics, thereby it can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to promote business.

This paper aims to present reasonable and practical risk control measures on Guangxi coastal waters with two steps: risk control measures and optimization and of risk control measures, the former uses a way of Analytical Hierarchy Process, and the latter uses utility evaluation and finally specific risk control measures has been form and evaluated.
