Introduction The high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) technique has been proven to be an efficient method for surface modification of different metallic materials, which may improve the overall performance of modified material such as microhardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance [1-3].
In this case, nanostructure materials are unstable relative to the amorphous as they exhibit a higher free energy.
It is reasonably expected to utilize the surface nano-crystallization to improve the mechanical property of engineering materials by means of the HCPEB technique [10]. 3.
Summary This article describes the principle and characteristics of HCPEB treatment of materials.

Japan strongly advocated the packaging reduction[14], raw materials are saved by reducing thickness of the container, thinner film, reducing packaging layer or changing packaging materials [2]; American advocates goods without packaging or composite packaging, the material of which are always paper, timber and fabrics [7], in American the Priorities of the Environmental protection policy are reduction, reuse, recycle, cremation and landfill.
In Germany, excessive packaging has no market, the materials of gift-wrap are always simple gifts paper of low cost [7], the network system of two-way recovery requires the enterprise to reduce the material using and use eco-friendly materials [1].
Singapore promote source reduction in great regulations, they pay attention to realize the garbage reduction and recycling by economic policy; Austria suggests that commercial tenant should recycle packaging materials unless they set up collection vessels though the law named Packing Materials Circulate Using Regulations[11].
All kinds of materials such as metal, plastic, wood, glass, paper should consider packaging reduction.
In the course of packaging reduction, on the one side, the designer should ensure the material less used, on the other side, they also should pay attention to the purpose of packaging, which are protecting product, convenient storage and sales promotion. 4) Packaging reduction means that the product are packaged with the least material, not only for packaging material, but also for those materials which used in all links such as printing materials, decoration materials and so on.

The first and the second method are used for brittle materials.
The third method gives good results also for ductile materials, however, the stress calculation is done for an elastic material model.

(2) Main material: steel grade of each component material is Q235 - A; Calculating density is.
The calculation parameters of main framework The finite element model is put forward the following two assumptions: (1) Assumes that the manufacturing of the main building materials is isotropic, homogeneous density distribution of material, and suppose that the main framework always work within the elastic range of materials
(2) Assumes the main framework in the ideal states, without considering the defect of materials processing, welding, assembly of the influence of residual stress produced in the process.
