Abstract.
The test curve shows that P91 materials have the dynamic recrystallization and recovery behavior in high temperature and deformation.
It can enhance metal materials thermoplastic in the very great degree [1].
In recent years, heat resistant steel P91 (10Gr9Mo1VNb), as a kind of new materials, has been researched and exploited at home and abroad.

But titanium alloy TC4 belongs to the typical difficult-to-machine materials, the thermal conductivity is bad, the chemical activity is high, elastic modulus is small, which directly led to the processing sclerosis serious, low cutting speed, short cutting tool life, and lower processing efficiency.
The experiment tool is three blade solid carbide end mill, materials is YG8, cutting tools length is 65 mm, tool diameter is 10 mm, former angle is γ0=12.5°, spiral angle β=34.5°, cutting part in length is 30 mm.
