Abstract.
In the current study, additional weaves or foam materials were applied to strengthen the facesheets and piles, respectively.
Polyurethane foam was supplied by Beijing Maohua Polyurethane Building Materials Co., Ltd.
Summary In this paper, mechanical reinforcement methods of 3-D spacer fabric composites with additional weaves or foam materials were developed.

The essence of ecological environmental protection is green design, product design is concerned, the core of green design is to ensure that the products in its function, service life and quality factor at the same time, to realize the product 3R, namely reduce material and energy consumption, recycle to reduce the emission of harmful substance and reuse make products and parts can convenient recycling and reproductive cycle or to use.

The systematic energy–saving method is to analyze and mine the possible energy-saving potential by the enterprise-level process optimization considering not only the product order, the material balance, but also the energy-saving and emission-reduction, represented by various enterprise-energy-management systems (EMS).
In the continuous production line area, the model is set up to describe the dynamic behave of the four flows: the material flow in green color, the information flow in blue color, the energy consumption flow in red color, and the emission flow in purple color respectively.

The chosen cemented carbide is YG8, and the steel material is 45 steel, which is fixed on a self-made mandrel, with one end fixed on a three jaw chuck and the other side against a centre.
