However, the global shortage and price skyrocketing of SEA materials in early 1980s led to the depression of its use.
But presently the low price and abundant source for long-term supply make sulfur an additive that may help to produce high-quality and low-cost highway construction materials.
In that way the structure of the mixture of SEAM-added cementitious materials may be enhanced in compressive and crack resistance.

Since the existing rehabilitation methods of irrigation aqueducts repair the deteriorated parts only using the materials such as fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), fiber reinforced concrete, and polymer mortar, they are not sustainable.
This method employs the cement type repair materials incorporating fine fibrous sepiolite and polypropylene fibers and crimped wire mesh and corner bead to secure workability and safety.
The use of adhesive and anchor together can prevent the exfoliation of reinforcing materials.
Used Materials
As the existing rehabilitation methods, cross sectional restoration and expansion methods using polymer composites materials, bending reinforcement method using FRP rod, and reinforcement method using fiber and steel materials were widely used.

The part was formed by the stamping of the anisotropic materials with the thickness of 1 mm[1].
The product material selection DDQ36 which was named in DYNAFORM warehouse, and related parameters were shown in Table 1.
Also due to the different stress condition during the forming process, the material thickness changed,the edge area material was thicken ,the fillet area material was thinning .
The materials suffered tensile stress that was shown by the material thickness,the minimum thickness was 0.839mm which was signed in Fig.9.
