Mabrouki [3] have analyzed the interaction between the water jet and elastic-plastic material by
CFD software, The former aims to forecast the depth of the water jet penetrating into the material,
and the later mainly analyzed the process of the interaction between the water jet and material, and
the result has shown that there was an erosion zone on the material, the simulated result is
consistent with the experimental result.
Fig.1 Water Jet Nozzle Model Boundary condition and other parameters setting: Inlet boundary condition: velocity inlet condition, the velocity of the two-phase flow at inlet is 900m/s, Outlet boundary condition: pressure outlet condition, the pressure of the two-phase flow at outlet is 101325Pa, Wall: no-slide wall, others' parameters are default, Axis symmetry, The volume ratio of the second phase in the two phase is 0.02, Material parameter setting: the air density is 1.225g/l, the air viscous is 1.7894e-05kg/m3.s, the water density is 998kg/ m3, the water viscous is 8e-04kg/m3.s.

The reactions are as follows:
When the content of SiO2 exists in the sintering materials, some low melting point compounds such as fayalite can be generated, so the FeO content in sinter increases.
Most of the FeO in sinter comes from raw materials.
The FeO content in sinter rises with the increasing of P under the same conditions of sintering materials.
