Abstract: Plate heat exchanger with unique advantages become dominant heat exchange equipment in heating engineering.
Introduction The application and development of plate heat exchanger has more than hundred years of history, because of the high heat transfer coefficient, small pressure drop, compact structure, light weight, small footprint, area and process convenient, wide components versatility, wide chosen materials, characteristics of easy to realize large-scale production etc., plate heat exchanger has been widely used in food, machinery, metallurgy, oil chemical industry and shipping, and other fields, meanwhile become dominant heat exchange equipment in urban central heating engineering[1].

Introduction
Thorough understanding of characteristic mechanical processes taking place on a microstructural level
of materials is one of the essential steps to assure the materials can withstand the always increasing
pressure to their utmost performance.
There are many methods dealing with the modeling of heterogeneous materials and one of the most widely used methods is numerical homogenization [1].
For materials with periodic patterns are the heterogeneities modeled as periodic unit cells (PUC), see Fig. 1.

Among the various methods for preparing these materials, the combustion reaction [5-10] stands out for being efficient, fast and safe, enabling the production of these materials on a laboratory scale with significant energy savings, short synthesis time, homogeneity and high yields of final product.
MATERIALS AND METHODS The Ni-Zn ferrite produced by combustion synthesis was prepared from a mixture of nickel nitrate (Ni(NO3)2.6H2O), zinc nitrate (Zn(NO3)2.6H2O), iron nitrate (Fe(NO3)3.9H2O) and urea (CO(NH2)2) as fuel.

Abstract: The nonlinear FEM models of concrete-filled square tubular column with internal diaphragms and steel beams with reduced beam section bolt-weld joints, involving geometric, materials and contact nonlinear, were established.
The connection of specimen is welding and bolt, and we can get the characteristic of all material from the test [4].
