This interface can be considered as the structure-gradient region.
For BT nanoparticles, there were mesoscopic particle structures, i.e., surface cubic layer, bulk tetragonal layer, and structure-gradient region between surface and bulk, and this structure-gradient region can have the enhanced dielectric properties owing to the polar vector rotated from [100] in bulk to [110] in surface.
For future ceramics processing, there should be no sintering to induce nano-ordered structures.

The Ni-coated Al2O3 composite powders with a core-shell structure were synthesized and the thin Ni layer on the a- Al2O3 powder was about 5 nm thick.
Fig. 2(b) shows that Al2O3 powders were coated with an amorphous Ni layer, i.e., with a core-shell structure.
However, without ultrasonic wave treatment, a core-shell structure was also formed, but aggregation of the particles and self-decomposition were observed.

An examination of the structure demonstrated that high-rate cooling of the samples led to the stabilization of the nonequilibrium sulfide phases with the metal dissolved therein, a simultaneous increase in the volume concentration of the sulfide phases and a change in the structure of the samples.
The differences revealed upon electrooxidation of the pelletized and slowly cooled copper sulfides were related to the structure of the samples.
Pelletization of the sulfides leads to the formation of dispersed structures of the dendrite type based on Cu1.96S and Ni3S.

The hard template method has advantages for the preparation of mesoporous materials with stable and controllable structure.
Non-mesoporous structure ceria was prepared by a precipitation method.
The pore structure of sample was further confirmed by nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements.
Conclusions Ordered mesoporous ceria with cubic fluorite-structure were successfully prepared by using KIT-6 and MC templates.

Rutile TiO2 is one of titanium structure which is oftenly used as a white pigment in paint, food industry and cosmetics industries[1].
Thus, Fe cations in Ilmenite will migrate to the surface in hematite structure forming eggshell, so Fe will be leaching easily [7].
Furthermore, the addition of NaCl to fresh HCl solution was not the best way to provide Cl- ions to attract iron that intact to ilmenite structure.
This could be due to the impurities intact to the structure as explained earlier.

The micro-nano dual-scale roughness surface structure is a crucial role for super-hydrophobic characteristic [4 – 6].
The surface structure of sample was analysized by atomic force microscope (AFM, Veeco di-CP II).
The TiZn-P surface had micro crystalline structure, thus the surface roughness is higher.
