The model [4] assumes that the total volume of a voxel is the sum of volumes of individual compositional materials (including void) in the voxel.
It also assumes the total attenuation of an X-ray beam by a voxel is the sum over the attenuations by the individual compositional materials in the voxel.
For the sample described in this article, the number of CT data sets with different beam energies is L=2, and the number of different materials is M=3.

This model is the most widely used material models for describing the mechanical behavior of metallic materials at high strain, high strain rate and temperature conditions, which is able to fully reflect the material strain hardening, strain rate strengthening and softening effect of the temperature.
Dynamic failure of materials and chip separation criteria.
Shear failure criterion is a physical law, and the material fracture principle in JC model is based on the value of equivalent plastic strain, when , which is the fracture judging parameter of model, is accumulated to more than 1, the materials will begin to fracture.

A review by Chaudhri [4] presents a satisfactory analysis of the extent of loop stacks in many materials.
One can see simply from the diagram how laminar flow predominates for virgin materials and small indentations, whereas rotational flow predominates for heavily work-hardened materials and larger indentations.
These materials generally show much more laminar flow than ductile metals, as one expects.

Introduction The innovations in modern technology have been placing ever-increased demands on advanced composite materials.
Of the most commonly used composite materials in modern engineering, the polymer–matrix composites, have been finding increased applications owing to their much lower weight and better corrosion resistance and biocompatibility than the metal-matrix and ceramic-matrix ones [1].For example, Poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS), an importantly high performance engineering thermoplastic, is widely used in molding resins, fibers and matrices for thermoplastic composites.

Moreover, the peening effect is very clear when the temperature of material in the peening region reaches its own plastic temperature.
In this way, computational efficiency can be as high as possible, at the same time computational accuracy of numerical simulation can be ensured. 1.2 Confirmation of runner materials and welding condition The materials of blade, crown, band and welding wires used in the process of welding are all 0Cr13Ni5Mo.The ellipse heating source model is chosen as the welding heating source in numerical simulation.
The peening effect is very obvious when the temperature of peening region is close to the material’s plastic temperature.
