Fracture resistance curves for concerned materials are required in order to perform the
elastic-plastic fracture mechanical analyses for a piping system.
Because the potential drop was normalized with the reference value, the relations of the two materials coincided with each other.

Introduction
Fracture characteristics for materials which are obtained by J-R tests on standard specimens are
necessary to apply the fracture mechanical concept to the piping system.
The material property was considered by changing the hardening exponent, n as 3, 4.5 and 6.

Research shows that all of hemp’s bast, stem, root, flower, and leaf are valuable for exploiting, and the comprehensive development will create a huge chain of industry[1].Hemp’s stem which is discarded traditionally can be used as raw materials for paper, rayon manufacturing and chemical products.
Materials and Chemical Reagent When hemp has grown for 6 months, the stem (without bast) was crashed by muller and then sifted with a 120 mesh sifter.

Introduction
With the development of science and technology, the electronics, computer products which produced
by advanced technology are with more and more powerful function, but the size is getting smaller and
smaller, it opposes that micro-machining of a higher performance are demand.
Ultrasonic Motor Ultrasonic motor is a new type of micro-drive motor, using piezoelectric materials to achieve the inverse piezoelectric effect, is the crystallization of interdisciplinary development of the piezoelectric ceramic, functional materials, mechanical vibration, finishing, power electronics, and control theory.
In order to reduce the vibrating object and moving body's wear and tear because of moving relatively, a layer of friction materials was applied between the two bodies usually.

With the fractal theory in recent years in various fields of science development, the fractal theory is applied to the pavement materials research has become a trend.
Due to the characteristics of raw materials, mixing equipment and test conditions and the reasons for forming a complex microstructure, mechanical properties and engineering characters of the shows uncertainty, irregular, fuzzy and nonlinear [2].
In combination with the Ji-Cao expressway project, with AC-20 type asphalt mixture as the basis, according to the orthogonal design optimization method and composition of mineral materials design method in the standard gradation scope 11 design gradation curves as the object of study of fractal study.
