Propellant and cover layer were assumed to be isotropic viscoelastic material (see Ref. [2]), whose young modulus is 29.43467MPa, Poisson's ratio is 0.499, and density is 1700kg /m3.
Then the two materials will debond, the burning surface will increase, the combustion pressure will be large enough to explode.

High-temperature characteristics of melt-spun hydrogen storage alloys Rong Li 1, a, Jianmin Wu 2,b Yan Qi, 3,c Shaoxiong Zhou 4,d 1,2,3 Department of Functional Material Research, Central Iron and Steel Research Institute, Beijing 100081, China 4 Advanced Technology & Materials Co.
The properties of hydrogen storage alloys depend on material processing as well as the composition.
Experimental Details All the low-cobalt alloys (MmY)1 (NiCoMnAl)5, where the content of Yttrium is 0, 0.5, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5wt%, respectively, were prepared from high purity (>99.9%) starting materials by an inductive melting technique under the argon atmosphere followed by melt-spinning at the surface velocity of 22m/s with a single copper roller under a purified argon atmosphere.
