Introduction The functionally graded materials are widely used in the aerospace and other industries due to their smooth variation of material properties along thickness direction.
It is necessary to analyze the characteristics of structural components like beams, plates and shells made of functionally graded materials.

The part was formed by the stamping of the anisotropic materials with the thickness of 1 mm[1].
The product material selection DDQ36 which was named in DYNAFORM warehouse, and related parameters were shown in Table 1.
Also due to the different stress condition during the forming process, the material thickness changed, the edge area material was thicken ,the fillet area material was thinning .
The materials suffered tensile stress that was shown by the material thickness, the minimum thickness was 0.839mm which was signed in Fig.9.

The typical applications of these steel include nuclear structural material for reactor coolant piping, vessel internals, petrochemical industries, vehicle bodies etc[2].
The base material used in the investigation was fixed at 110mm×65mm×51mm and the filler metal was ER50-6 welding wire of 1.2mm diameter with shielding gas of 80%Ar+20%CO2.

Fig.1 The model of ring die Fig.2 The model of ANSYS ring mold 1.2 Ring mold material properties In this paper, the materials used in the ring mold is 42CrMo[3].
The material has a high fatigue limit and resistance to several attacks abilities, good low temperature impact toughness after quenched, which is sufficient for the ring mold friction, deformation, and the impact for more times.
This pointed out that if the roller ring mold suffered the squeeze pressure and friction materials, the work surface is wear unevenly, and this will lead to uneven work surface of the ring mold, or disruption of material flow and material, and worse more, the ring mold would stop working.
