Die cores are made of fixed materials, thus they are exempted from the setting of control factors, which is because the crack is yielded from punch but wearing, thus if using the material with high hardness but brittle (low cobalt content), or the material with low hardness but soft (high cobalt content), then the die core would be more easily cracked.
Therefore, with the consideration of cost for making die, less materials were used to reduce the material costs, we reselected the best combination is A1, B1, C3 and D3.

Introduction
Along with social progress, because of the reduction of the cost of magnesium and gradually increasing of the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, the magnesium alloys are increasingly widely used for structural materials.
The application of the material is not only decided by its own performance but also dependent on the forming technology of the material, while the welding is the widely used material forming technology in the material joining technology.
Oxide film can easily form, the pores and cracks can be easy to produced in the weld metal and other defects while magnesium alloy welding, it makes the mechanical properties of welded joints decrease, resulting in poor welding of magnesium alloy, difficult to realize the reliable connection between the structure of magnesium alloy and magnesium alloy and other materials, which has become one of the key technologies restricting the application of magnesium alloy and be solved[1].
