The Test of Squat Silo Unloading Pressure
Test Model and Stored Material.
The transducer’s out skin is made from aluminium materials, it’s double film midsize of soil pressure gauge, the soil pressure effected on the first film deliver pressure to deformation membrane through the vacuum fluid which greatly improve the degree of measurement and has a good adaptability to the different properties and the diameter of the particle medium.

As one can see, the obtained sizes of the second phase particles in the investigated materials are quite different.
As stated above, these materials were annealed at different temperature in the range 850ºC - 1125ºC.
Further increase of the annealing temperatures up to 1000ºC leads to initiation of AGG in the present materials.
The coarse–grained microstructure was obtained in both materials after annealing at 1025ºC in dry hydrogen atmosphere.

With the development of science and technology, the traditional method of processing is difficult to meet the ultra-precision machining requirements of GCr15 precision.
And the passivation membrane can polish the processing surface with no positive pressure in the buffing stage, so as to realize the precision and ultra-precision mirror grinding processing for the difficult-to-machine materials. 2 ELID precision ultra-precision mirror forming mechanism ELID precision ultra-precision mirror forming mechanism was as shown in Figure 2.
And the abrasive grains was mainly in micro-cutting manner to remove materials, so the broken area was to be smaller; In addition, the grinding wheel surface was formed with a certain thickness and elasticity, which accommodating shedding abrasives passivation film and becoming a good flexible polishing film[2].
ELID grinding is actually putting a grinding, lapping and thrown together as one precision mirror surface processing technology, which is in abrasive sliding way to remove the workpiece material.
