Fig. 1 Initial ICL for Seven Cells Based on the obtained CF result, a total material flow data matrix is got, which is shown in Table 1.
Based on these, the total material handling cost (distance-based) for the initial ICL can be calculated.
By using Eq. 2, the initial total material handling cost for the initial ICL is.
Under this new ICL plan, the total material handling costis further reduced to 28.

It can be found that R1 is defined on the basis of the assumption that rock material behaves with Mohr-Coulomb's criterion.
According to Eq. 5, we can find that rock material is in the yielding state when 0=YAI , and correspondingly in the relatively safest state when 1=YAI .
Then rock material is in the yielding state when 1=ω , and in the relatively safest state when 0=ω .
(6) where pε is the equivalent plastic strain; rpε is a constant of rock material and equals to the equivalent plastic strain when rock material exactly turns into complete failure state.
