According to the mechanics of materials in the elastic state, the formula can be expressed as follows: (4) The sectional resistance moment of circular steel can be expressed as follows: (5) Substituting Eq. (5) into Eq. (4), obtaining (6) Where, F0 is the axial load bearing capacity; F is the eccentric load bearing capacity; e is the eccentricity and D is the diameter of steel pipe.
