The result showed that the 300 °C pyrolyzate of benzene/ethanol extractives of Moso bamboo root is rich in biomedical components, and also contains some bioactive components which can be used as top value-added materials of high-grade spice, cosmetic and food.
Materials and Methods Materials and reagents.
The Moso bamboo root was collected as materials from three-year-old Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel ex H.de Lebaie) planted in the botanical garden of forestry academy of Hunan porvince in the suburb of Changsha city, China.
Summary The result from Pyrolysis- GC/MS determination showed that the 300 °C pyrolyzate of benzene/ethanol extractives of Moso bamboo root is rich in biomedical components, and also contains some bioactive components which can be used as top value-added materials of high-grade spice, cosmetic and food.

Although CNT production is possible from many kinds of raw material by the CVD method as described in the review [1], as far as we know, an animal substance like blood was never tried as a single precursor material for CNT production by CVD.

However, none of them are practically successful because of the complicated fabrication processes and/or high materials/processing costs.
Based on this structure, light emission is realized by adding a zinc oxide (ZnO) layer as the light emitting material.
The HEES itself consists of 3 layers of materials (Fig.1a): an n-doped single crystal Si substrate, a layer of heavily n-doped polycrystalline Si (~1×1019 cm-3) and a very thin layer (6-12 nm) of Si dioxide (SiO2) formed by wet-oxidation of polycrystalline Si.
Acknowledgments The authors would like to express their sincere gratitude to the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, especially to Professor Wong Chee Cheong for the strong support in experiments.

It is also a well-known fact that the p-type semi-conducting materials are more stable than n-type materials against photo-corrosion [29].

The ultimate result would be failure along the dominant one; an issue mostly associated with the texture of the material.
The next stage of testing will target materials where texture may play a minor role, such as the AZ31B-O magnesium and AA5083 aluminium alloys, in order to further explore the potentials of those geometries.

Sintering of ceramic materials at high pressure can compact the powder of green density and increase the contact area of powders, that shorten sintering time.
According to the above discussion, under high pressure, sintering temperature plays an important role in the fabrication of AlN bulk materials, and the method works well at low sintering temperatures (only 1300 ˚C) and short holding times (only 50min).
And under high pressure, high-density AlN bulk materials can be fabricated with low sintering aids or without additives at a low temperature for a short time.
