Introduction In recent years, because of its excellent light transmittance and conductivity, low price, no toxicity for the advantages, wide band gap semiconductor material ZnO film has been concerned for a new type of semiconductor material, especially easy to have flaw and to carry out the impurity doping, some more outstanding performance doping thin films had been obtained, and such research becomes hot at home and abroad[1,2].

Introduction In the year 1839, French engineer J.V.Poncelet [1] firstly used the technical term “Fatigue” to describe the material in effect of cyclic stress or cyclic strain, due to one point or some points gradually produced a permanent local structural changes, thus forming cracks or breaks in a certain number of load cycles later.
The material of the plate is 2024-T62 aluminum alloy, the thickness is 2mm, the fracture toughness, the tensile strength, the yield strength, the elastic modulus E =69GPa, the Poisson's ratio ν=0.3 [6].

In this article we will look at how this method allows us to assess the quality of materials and the amount of phthalates in them.
Thus, the use of Raman spectroscopy is a good express method for determining the quality of building materials.
We have shown that this approach allows you to quickly analyze building materials made of PVC and identify samples with a high phthaloto content.

Especially, anodic oxidation could be obtained thick film with high affinity to base material due to oxidation of matrix.

Taking into consideration the possibility that testing materials are not heat conductor, it might be possible to monitor temperature differences of sliding joint by thermo-camera.
Obtained results are represented in the graps, which show changes in the coeficient of friction for various materials.
Materials chosen for external bushings are usually for radial bearings.
In other tests, it is possible to use bushings from other materials eventually the contact surfaces of sliding joint innovate by layers, which regenerate the tribological functions of the surface.

K3: IF the round grind current is in an exception (0.7) AND the normal analog channel is normal (0.3) THEN the materials in the wheel grinding machine is overloaded (0.9, 0.5).
In diagnosing the fault state of " the materials in the wheel grinding machine is overloaded " , some known initial conditions should be input in two software interface of " the faulty equipment information input " and " the performance of the on-site fault information", which are " the round grind current is too much " with an initial credibility of 0.80, and " it lasts more than the threshold" with an initial confidence of 0.6, "the analog signals is in the range of 20-40 mA" with an initial credibility of 0.9, "the A / D conversion error is accurate" with an initial credibility of 0.8 respectively.
Through the "fault diagnosis" module, it can be timely accessed that the reliability about a fault is 0.742 by using previous maintenance knowledge in the decision-making mechanism [6], which means that " the materials in the wheel grinding machine is overloaded " happens with a 0.742 reliability.
