Therefore, using lightweight materials with small density, light quality and high hardness characteristic in rotation axis and bearing of motorized spindle is the future development direction.
For example, Jong et al employed composite material for the materials of the spindle shaft and squirrel cage rotor, respectively to enhance the dynamic performance of high speed built-in type air spindle system[1-2].
Because of the difference of magnetic conductivity, thermal conductivity, and electric conductivity between mental materials and ceramic, the vibration value and noise value are different between the ceramic motorized spindle and the mental motorized spindle.
Shaft and bearing are made from ceramic material and other parts are made from metal.

On the other hand, the development of super conducting magnet technology enables to introduce a high magnetic field which can control crystal orientation of non-magnetic materials with magnetic anisotropy.
HAp is also a useful material for adsorbent in liquid chromatography because of its high sorbability of proteins.
Therefore, the aligned crystals of HAp in the particular direction are useful as a functional material.
Principle of Crystal Alignment by using a Magnetic Field In the field of materials science and technology, it has been found that a high magnetic field has a function to control crystal alignment of not only magnetic materials, but also non-magnetic materials[7-11].

The 3D finite element model (FEM) for equivalent analysis has been set up and the equivalent elastic parameters of regular hexagonal honeycomb core with different materials and dimensions have been successfully simulated in the literature[5].
In the experiment, the material elastic modulus are shown as Es=68.97GPa,νs=0.3.
Finally the accuracy of the formulas has been verified by the compressing experiments in the literature[5] Acknowledgements The authors gratefully acknowledge the financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.11032005).
