In order to make the top steel ring run effectively and stand at the world, the automatic detection system for granularity of incoming materials should be developed.
Measuring all the incoming materials is helpful to grasp the quality and load the blast furnace with the materials in accordance with guidelines after treatments.
When the car driven by the steel cable passes downward the head gear, the materials from the conveyor will fall into the car.
Analysis The external load performence: The external load mainly refers to the impact force caused by dropping materials.

Jiangsu Province Science & Technology Support Plan—Social Development Project “Research in large quayside crane structural health monitoring and assessment technology” adopts a comprehensive monitoring system using fiber Bragg grating for real-time monitoring of various parameters (strain, ambient temperature, and vibration etc.) at key parts of the crane.
In this year, for the first time, NASA embedded fiber optic sensor in composite material as a trial structural health monitoring system.
In China, Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Nanjing University of Science & Technology, Qinghua University, and Chinese Academy of Sciences etc. have carried out research in structural health monitoring technique based on fiber Bragg grating, mainly used for bridges, buildings, and offshore oil-drilling platform.
